Lisa Bailey, InTrust Operations Director

Lisa serves as Operations Director for InTrust Financial Management. Lisa’s passion has always been aimed at ensuring good customer service for her clients by using the diverse skills she’s acquired from multiple positions within the financial services industry.  She takes pride in her attention to detail, positive attitude, and ability to relate to a wide range of home office team members and clients. 

Lisa has several years of experience in the banking industry. Lisa’s career in the financial industry began in 1988 when she was hired as a teller at Crestar Bank (now Truist).  Over the years she was promoted and served as a Head Teller, Branch Manager, Commercial Banking Associate, and Real Estate Finance Associate.  Lisa also has experience as a business owner.  Having been both an employer and an employee, as well as an entrepreneur, Lisa obtained a wealth of knowledge which prepared her for her most recent career move.  The skills she learned in these diverse positions, as well as the experience gained, have allowed her to refine her skills and makes her a great fit working with both clients and assisting in the operations for InTrust Financial Management.

Lisa currently resides in Chesapeake, Virginia.  She is a proud parent of 3 children.  In her spare time, she enjoys the beach, traveling and gardening, but most of all she loves simply spending quality time with her family.
